A designated Parish representative manages the scheduling of all on-site events, including special programs, fundraisers, weddings, sports activities, and school events that require specific space accommodations at St. Athanasius. All major events should be scheduled at least one year in advance, while other events should be scheduled as early as possible. Event planning should not begin until this form has been submitted and officially approved on the Parish Calendar.
